00:11:06.480 These elements act as the user interface to the organization, and just like with software, we have the power to design its interactions. If negative behaviors or outcomes repeatedly arise, you can design them away by adjusting processes or triggers.

00:11:38.240 Designate individuals responsible for driving pull request reviews forward, rather than tagging everyone, which leads to bystander effects.
